Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking a talent-focused General Manager in Gaithersburg, MD to lead restaurant operations, drive financial performance and elevate guest experiences. You will develop people, foster a wine-forward culture and embody the Sixty Vines brand DNA in daily service and guest interactions.

The GM will partner with culinary and service teams to deliver a consistently excellent scratch‑made dining experience, while managing profitability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management in high-volume venues.
• GM experience in upscale or polished casual preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs and develop teams.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting and labor management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust annual and quarterly operating plans based on sales trends.
• Drive top-line sales through exceptional Guest experiences and partnerships.
• Review financial results and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure effective labor management through accurate forecasting and scheduling.
• Maintain a polished restaurant behind the scenes and for Guests.
• Develop strategies to strengthen Sixty Vines’ position in the community.
• Bring brand DNA to life through wine discovery and thoughtful pairings.
• Lead the Bar Manager to maintain a wine program centered on sustainability.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about wines, pairings and menus.
• Collaborate with leaders to create experiences that drive sales.
