Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, a growth-focused Hand & Stone franchisee, seeks a high-impact General Manager to lead the team and the business at a multi-unit spa network.

You will drive guest experience, sales, memberships, and profitability while developing a team that consistently delivers results. This is an on-site leadership role with a strong emphasis on community engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Proven success driving sales and team performance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required
• P&L experience strongly preferred
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)

• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset

• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
