Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa seeks a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business across our Falls Church location. The role requires a people-first servant leader who builds a strong culture, delivers an exceptional guest experience, and drives sales, revenue, and profitability.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
