FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. The company seeks a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business, delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue and profitability.

You’ll own spa performance, build a culture of accountability and service excellence, recruit and develop your team, and align scheduling, marketing, and operations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spais seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team

• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints

Drive the Results

• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
