Job summary

Leonard Truck Outfitters is seeking a General Manager for the Orlando B2B location to lead day-to-day operations of the upfit center, drive financial performance, and manage a team of technicians and support staff. You will ensure high-quality customization, on-time delivery, and strong customer satisfaction across commercial programs.

The role requires 5+ years in operations management within automotive/truck services, with budgeting, vendor relations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in operations management or upfitting/fleet services.
• Proven leadership of teams in production or service environments.
• Experience with OEM dealers, fleet management, or government agencies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Orlando upfit center, including scheduling and staffing.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and administrative staff to meet KPI targets.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls for the center.
• Collaborate with sales and fleet managers to coordinate orders and timelines.
• Ensure safety standards, OSHA compliance, and quality checks on vehicles.
