• Proven ability to lead a high-volume upscale restaurant
• Experience managing P&L, labor, and operating costs

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Own the restaurant’s financial performance including P&L, labor, costs, revenue growth and budget targets
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Use financial reports and guest feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements
• Set a culture of high standards, collaboration, accountability, and pride in the guest experience
