The ideal candidate has 2+ years as AGM/GM in a high-volume setting, a proven track record in floor leadership, and a genuine passion for developing people. Long-term commitment and strong business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as AGM or GM in a $6M+ upscale, fine dining, or comparable full-service restaurant.
• Proven floor leadership with measurable accomplishments.
• Strong hospitality instincts and passion for developing people.
• Humble, adaptable leader thriving in an established culture.
• Strong operational and business acumen.
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 10 years; long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a strong floor presence and exceptional hospitality.
• Develop, coach, and retain a long-tenured team.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, service standards, reservations, and events.
• Partner with ownership on restaurant performance and priorities.
• Build relationships with regular guests and the local community.
• Drive the restaurant’s culture, financial performance, and long-term success.
