The ideal candidate will develop the business plan, drive marketing, control costs, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop restaurant business plan by assessing demand and competition.
• Meet financial objectives via budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis, and controls.
• Drive patronage through marketing and PR programs; evaluate results.
• Control purchases and inventory; negotiate contracts; monitor usage.
• Maintain operations with SOPs and service standards; drive improvements.
• Maintain patron satisfaction through monitoring services and improvements.
• Lead HR for restaurant and bar, including recruiting and training.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; ensure compliance with health regs.
• Stay updated on restaurant industry trends and best practices.
• Own initiatives to add value and meet company goals.
