Morpheus Talent Solutions seeks a General Manager to own Supply for its Research Participant Network. You will lead a small team and set the direction for the entire function, owning strategy, planning and day-to-day execution to ensure quality participant supply for studies.

The role requires a proven GM with P&L ownership, strong data discipline, and an ability to grow revenue beyond a single customer within a flat, collaborative organization in San Francisco or Chicago.

Formación

• Prior GM experience with ownership of a P&L, business line or function outcomes.
• Experience running supply, ideally participant, panel, marketplace or crowd supply.
• A deeply data-driven approach: forecasting, metrics and unit economics.
• Strong commercial instincts and creativity around sourcing and partnerships.
• Ability to hold your ground with demand while remaining collaborative in a flat organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full supply function: strategy, planning and day-to-day performance of participant acquisition and engagement.
• Build granular tracking of supply health, fill rates and CAC, and close reporting gaps.
• Balance supply and demand, knowing when to push back and when to flex.
• Open new sourcing channels through recruiting platforms, partnerships and communities.
• Invest in specialised audiences for repeat demand that pay for themselves within two or three studies.
• Treat supply as a business with its own economics and grow revenue beyond a single customer.
• Form a view on synthetic data and digital twin research over the next 18 to 24 months.
