Morpheus Talent Solutions seeks a General Manager to own Supply for its Research Participant Network. You will lead a small team and set the direction for the entire function, owning strategy, planning and day-to-day execution to ensure quality participant supply for studies.

The role requires a proven GM with P&L ownership, strong data discipline, and an ability to grow revenue beyond a single customer within a flat, collaborative organization in San Francisco or Chicago.

General Manager, Supply | Research Participant Network

Salary: $250k - $320k base + 30% bonus

Location: San Francisco or Chicago

The core business is established and not VC-backed, and a breakout moment in AI is now driving rapid growth through training and evaluation work with leading AI labs. The company is flat and highly collaborative.

The role

They are hiring a General Manager to own Supply: the network of people who take part in research studies. Supply works almost like a standalone business inside the company. Today it serves one customer, the company’s own research products, and it could serve many more if monetised properly.

Studies get filled, but it can be a nail-biter, because nobody is focused on supply every day. This hire changes that. You will inherit a small team, including a Senior Manager for Growth Marketing and a Director-level IC for Supply and Strategy, and set direction for the whole function.

What you’ll do
