Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Texas is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, train and supervise teammates, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance. You will manage budgeting, inventory, safety programs, and guest experiences, with opportunities for growth, incentive programs, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach to running a high-volume service center with focus on cost control and excellent guest

Qualifications

• Leadership and training of store teammates.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and P/L awareness.
• Strong guest service and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve issues.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts and P/L performance.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds; manage maintenance tasks.
• Open and close the store; ensure cash controls are in place.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention and maintain safety compliance.
• Train and supervise teammates, conduct performance reviews and meetings.
