The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
Possibly hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to support future leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum two years previous General Manager (Store Manager) experience running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Age 18 or older and able to pass a background check.
