Job Title: General Manager

Reports To: VP, Operations
The General Manager, STL is responsible for leading day-to-day fulfillment operations within the St. Louis Collectivus facility. This role owns operational execution across all channels and business units served by the site, including eCommerce, distribution, retail replenishment, and direct-to-consumer, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The GM ensures the facility operates safely, profitably, and in alignment with enterprise fulfillment standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for throughput, labor planning, backlog management, and service-level performance.
