The Vice President of Fulfillment is responsible for designing, scaling, and operating Collectivus’ global fulfillment network across all brands and business units. This role ensures that fulfillment capabilities enable growth, improve customer experience, and drive margin expansion through operational excellence, network optimization, and technology-enabled execution. The VP of Fulfillment moves the organization from facility-based execution to a standardized, scalable fulfillment operating model that supports omnichannel commerce, distribution, and global expansion. This leader owns how products move from inventory to customer — efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Strategy & Network Design
- Define and execute the enterprise fulfillment strategy across all Collectivus brands.
- Design the optimal fulfillment network (facility footprint, regional distribution, inventory placement).
- Evaluate build vs. partner decisions (internal operations vs. 3PL providers).
- Lead long-term capacity planning aligned with commercial growth forecasts.
- Establish fulfillment as a competitive advantage supporting omnichannel growth.
- Operational Performance
- Own enterprise fulfillment performance across all facilities and fulfillment partners.
- Lead site GMs and operational leaders to deliver consistent execution standards.
- Establish and monitor standardized KPIs including:
- Order accuracy
- On-time shipment
- Throughput and productivity
- Cost per order
- SLA performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
- Standardization & Process Excellence
- Create standardized operating procedures across brands and facilities.
- Reduce operational variability and rework through process discipline.
- Implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for launching new facilities or channels.
- Technology & Automation
- Partner with IT Engineering and Product teams to implement and optimize:
- WMS, OMS, ERP implementation and integrations
- Automation initiatives
- Data visibility and operational reporting
- Ensure fulfillment systems are implemented once and scaled globally.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across operations.
- Financial Ownership
- Own fulfillment P&L drivers, including labor, shipping, and facility costs.
- Improve contribution margin through logistics and operational efficiencies.
- Support annual operating planning and CapEx investment decisions.
- Establish cost transparency and forecasting models across brands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Brand leaders to align fulfillment capabilities with demand.
- Support product launches, seasonal scaling, and major commercial initiatives.
- Provide operational input into enterprise strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership.
- Experience leading multi-site fulfillment or distribution networks.
- Proven success scaling omnichannel or eCommerce fulfillment operations.
- Strong operational finance and cost optimization experience.
- Experience implementing WMS/ERP or large operational technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through growth, integration, or transformation environments.
- Experience working across global or multi-brand organizations preferred.
