Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience.
• At least 3 recent years as Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through Simulator Rentals and Food and Beverage Sales.
• Recruit, hire, and train social staff.
• Oversee all operations of the social side of the business.
• Manage the Social P&L of the location.
• Build relationships within the community.
