Job summary

KONE is seeking an accomplished business leader to serve as General Manager - Service & Solutions for our Orange County operation in Costa Mesa, California.

This role has overall responsibility for the performance of KONE's local service and modernization business, including business planning, financial and operational results, customer relationships, safety and quality, market development, and the leadership of a high-performing cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; seven+ years of related-industry experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience leading a union-represented workforce.
• Able to use financial and operational data to make decisions, drive change and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the annual business plan and budget.
• Lead service operations, service sales and modernization efforts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the organization.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across sales, operations and administration.
• Develop talent, set priorities and strengthen accountability.
