Pace, a leader in scientific services, seeks a General Manager in Huntersville, NC. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for a multifaceted facility, overseeing laboratory, service centers, and field operations to ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and partner with site and corporate leadership to align with Pace's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Operations or closely related field and seven years of managerial experience.
• Expert knowledge of service and operational administration principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities with regulatory compliance know-how.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct facility goals, policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Lead budget management and allocation of operational resources.
• Oversee service programs and systems across functions including lab, service, and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Lead and mentor managers and staff to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
• Present performance metrics to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
