We are looking for a General Manager (GM) who is people-centric and eager to be part of a growing brand. As a GM, you will:

• Build a great restaurant culture
• Embed P. Terry's in the community through strong crew member and guest relationships and local restaurant marketing
• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and crew members
• Consistently train and develop crew members and managers
• Verify training standards are maintained
• Direct the management team, including setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities
• Ensure successful and profitable restaurant operations
• Support initiatives that increase sales, profitability, and store performance
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L statements
• Ensure cash handling policies and procedures are followed
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness and preventative maintenance
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Act as primary liaison with vendors and HQ contacts
• Attend weekly and quarterly meetings

Requirements for a General Manager:

• 2-3 years of GM experience
• Experience in a drive-thru environment is a bonus
• Motivated and thrive in high-energy, high-volume settings
• Hands-on leader capable of managing both BOH and FOH
• Positive, competitive outlook with a 'Yes' mindset
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts, stand for long periods, and walk extensively
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
