Job summary

Hello Garage is seeking a General Manager in the United States (Omaha, NE area) to lead daily operations, drive sales and production performance, and oversee financial results. The role requires 3+ years of leadership and sales management experience, a college degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Base salary plus bonus reflects experience and results.

• Experience coaching employees and managing performance.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and production performance, and manage business results.
• Develop and coach the team; recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff.
• Supervise QA, scheduling, inventory, and service/warranty work.
• Analyze KPIs and P&L data to drive profitability and customer experience.
• Conduct effective meetings and maintain high standards of execution.
