Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to oversee daily sales, staffing, training, and guest services for a busy eyelash studio. This hands-on leadership role is focused on driving membership and retail goals while maintaining a welcoming, high‑performing environment.

You will schedule, manage inventory, ensure studio cleanliness, and motivate a team of 10+ staff across long hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive operations smoothly.
• Open availability due to long hours and 7-day operations.
• Ability to identify problems, set expectations, and delegate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and proactive with solid project management abilities.

Management Responsibilities (includes But Not Limit To)

• Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.
• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.

Here's what you need to bring to the table

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yous.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Competent trainer and motivator
