Amazing Lash Studio in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to oversee studio revenue, sales performance and daily operations.

You will lead a team of stylists and front desk, implement policies, ensure customer service excellence, and drive high performance through empathy and accountability. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• MIN 3 years of experience leading revenue/sales performance.
• Hands-on experience leading teams and interacting with customers.

Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Leader and motivator capable of taking a team of Stylists and Front desk to high performance levels through empathy, collaboration and accountability.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented, Capable of taking care of the customer by always putting yourself on the customer’s side.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
