Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales/Operations Manager in Fort Worth to lead sales and daily operations for our eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and a results-driven culture.

You will drive membership and retail goals, manage staff performance, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Open availability due to locations opening early and closing late, 7 days a week.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody Software experience a plus.

Management Responsibilities (includes but not limit to)

• Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling \"office\" job, this isn't it.


• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.


• Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.


• Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.


• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs


• Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.


• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
