Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive the club's profitability. You will oversee Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance, ensuring exceptional member experiences.

You will lead with energy, uphold the company values, and collaborate with department heads to hire and develop staff while maintaining top-tier service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a health/fitness club or similar setting.
• Proven ability to drive profitability and member satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and staff.
• High attention to detail and urgency in execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability and asset management.
• Maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance).
• Lead by example, uphold company mission and culture, and hold staff accountable to standards.
• Collaborate with department heads on staff hiring decisions and development.

What You Will DO:

• You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
• You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
• You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge
• You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club
