Job summary

Edge Fitness, LLC in Warwick, RI is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations and financial performance, ensuring member satisfaction and profitability across all departments including Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise, and Maintenance.

The role emphasizes leadership, urgency, and a passion for fitness, with a focus on team development and executing Edge's mission and values in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, staff training and development.
• Maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicate with department heads.
• Model and reinforce the company Mission, values, and Edge culture, holding staff accountable to the Edge spirit.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring staff at the club.

What You’ll DO:

• You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
• You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
• You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge
• You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club
