Job summary

Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a Club Manager to drive the overall operational and financial success of the club. You will oversee Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance, while communicating with department heads on performance.

You will lead by example, embody the company values, hire staff, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused environment that motivates the team to excel daily.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in health club or fitness environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple departments through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club.

What You'll DO:

• You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
• You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
• You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge
• You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club
