Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, finance, or service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow new business and store revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events to drive growth.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and manage risk within approved limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and laws; support audits.
• Oversee cash handling, security, and loss prevention; train staff in keyholder duties.
