• Lead and manage property personnel including the Property Manager and Property Engineer and third‑party management for associations.
• Serve on Boards of Directors and manage governing documents, budgets, and REA agreements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including maintenance, parking, landscaping, and energy management systems.
• Enhance consumer experience through regular property assessments and issue resolution.
• Identify and secure approval for capital projects and long‑range improvement plans.
• Manage contracts, bidding, and invoices for vendors and contractors.
• Develop positive tenant relations and serve as escalation point for lease or operational issues.
