Dunkin' is seeking a General Manager for our Tinley Park, IL location. This fast-moving, owner-operated franchise group offers a hands-on leadership role with clear growth as new stores open. Manage a high-volume operation with a strong team, delivering top guest experience and operational excellence.

Lead 15–17 crew members, own P&L, and drive speed of service and food safety in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with growth potential within the group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as GM or AM in QSR, coffee/beverage pref.
• Proven ability to run a high-volume location consistently.
