Job summary

Bozzuto in Orlando is seeking a General Manager to lead a residential community, drive occupancy, and manage budget and operations with a focus on guest experiences. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, provide financial and operational reporting to owners, and build strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors while upholding Bozzuto's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L with strong financial skills.
• Proficiency with YARDI and accounting principles (GAAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto's core values and culture.
• Inspire the team to execute sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the property's financial performance per the budget.
• Coach team members and deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients/ownership.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
• Differentiate the community in the competitive market and partner with marketing on strategies.
• Create an environment ensuring guest satisfaction and high ratings.
