The selected candidate will help the company obtain its Florida Class B license, set up local operations, recruit and organize the team, and develop client relationships. Operations are expected to begin as soon as the license is granted.

• Proven experience managing a security company or security operations of comparable scope.
• Knowledge of Florida regulations, staff supervision, and security service delivery.
• Availability to work in the Miami area and authorization to work in the United States.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued, as is experience launching operations or developing business in South Florida.

The role will begin with a flexible time commitment and is expected to become full-time once the Class B license is obtained and business activity grows. The initial commitment and anticipated timeline will be agreed with the selected candidate.

Compensation and terms will be agreed directly with the hiring company.
