Job summary

Elite Guard and Patrol Services in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run our branch and every department. You will supervise personnel, client managers, QA, training, dispatch, field supervision, HR, and payroll, ensuring processes are followed, coverage is maintained, and issues are resolved before clients notice.

This is a decision-making seat with direct access to ownership, not a middle-management layer, and requires after-hours availability and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or multi-site management in contract security.
• Florida MB Manager License at hire (Class D required).
• Experience leading managers and supervisors, not just line staff.
• Fluency with scheduling/workforce platforms and Chapter 493 compliance.
• Availability for after-hours escalations.

Job description

Elite Guard and Patrol Services has protected South Florida properties since 1983. Family-owned, roughly 600 officers, over 120 properties across Broward and Miami-Dade. We are hiring an Operations Manager to run our Sunny Isles Beach office.

You will own the daily operation of the branch and every department in it — personnel, client managers, quality assurance, training, dispatch, field supervision, HR, and payroll. Your job is to make sure our processes are actually followed, that coverage never slips, and that problems are solved before a client sees them.

This is a decision-making seat with direct access to ownership, not a layer of middle management.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of operations or multi-site management in contract security.
• Active Florida Class "MB" Manager License at hire (Class "D" required).
• Experience leading managers and supervisors, not just line staff.
• Fluency with scheduling/workforce platforms and Chapter 493 compliance.
• Availability for after-hours escalations.

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, plus health insurance, a monthly vehicle allowance, PTO, and paid holidays. On-site, Sunny Isles Beach, FL.
