Job summary

The Gathering Spot DC is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations, align with the brand standards, and deliver an exceptional member experience. The GM will oversee staffing, facilities, programming, and financial performance while building a trusted presence in Washington, DC.

You will develop a high-performing team, set clear operational goals, manage budgets and P&L, and collaborate with executive leadership to expand offerings and community impact in the DC market.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Lead and develop a great team with a culture of clarity and collaboration.
• Oversee all club operations including staffing, facilities, F&B and programming.
• Establish policies, standards and security measures for consistent execution.
• Manage budgets and P&L; drive results with data-driven decisions.
• Build authentic relationships with members and Washington, DC's business and cultural communities.
