Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a General Manager with a strong technical background in precision sheet metal fabrication. You will oversee production, drive process improvements, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency across the facility.

This role requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, a technical high school background with metal trades, and an optional BS in Business Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in precision sheet metal fabrication, including practical machining knowledge.
• 5–10 years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Graduated from a technical high school with a concentration in metal trades.
• BS in Business Management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across the plant and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive continuous process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support customer relationships and ensure delivery performance.
• Report to President and VP with clear, data-driven updates.
