Job summary

You will analyze sales forecasts and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and finance to optimize performance and drive cost reductions while maintaining high-quality output. A Lean, continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Management preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience leading sales and production teams.
• Strong financial literacy, P&L management, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the company and manage operating budgets.
• Develop and execute capital expenditure plans in coordination with annual planning.
• Set current-year and 5-year business plans to increase market share and meet production goals.
• Track and analyze sales data, forecasts, and plan objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and finance to meet strategic goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify cost reductions and optimize resources.
• Set sales targets, quotas, and long-term sales strategies.
• Oversee daily production across welding, assembly, purchasing, scheduling, and warehousing.
• Ensure on-time delivery by removing bottlenecks and reducing downtime.
• Foster Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee procurement and supplier relationships to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering to meet client requirements and project timelines.
• Hire, train, and mentor department heads and staff.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance.
