Job summary

SelectOne is seeking a unique leader to steer the operational strategy as the company moves into an exciting growth phase. This hands-on yet strategic role shapes design, forecasting, and capability expansion to accommodate a 2–3x increase while maintaining quality and customer focus.

The successful candidate will have 15–20 years in manufacturing ops, a degreed engineering background (ME/EE/IE), and a proven LEAN-driven approach with strong talent development and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on design/production/operations management (ME/EE/IE).
• LEAN approach to production with systems-oriented logic.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead operating systems to meet demand and timelines.
• Shape the operational strategy and forecast for 2–3x growth.
• Collaborate across shop floor to executive levels to remove roadblocks and create value.
• Develop talent and implement efficient resource planning across the organization.

Salary

$250,000-$275,000 plus strong incentive package
