7th Street Burger in Maryland is seeking a General Manager to own the shop's P&L, people, and performance. You will drive sales, manage labor and COGS, and deliver a great guest experience while leading a team that shares in profits.

As we scale toward a national brand, leaders who join now will shape the next phase of growth, build schedules, monitor inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and engage with the local community to make your shop a neighborhood hub.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a high-volume restaurant or QSR location.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Comfort with P&L, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Own your shop's P&L: drive sales and manage labor and COGS.
• Ensure orders meet quality standards and guests have a great experience.
• Hire, train, and develop your team with honest feedback.
• Build efficient schedules based on business needs.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, equipment, and cash management.
• Ensure health, safety and labor regulation compliance.
• Organize community engagement events to make your shop a neighborhood hub.
