The role demands hands-on leadership across multiple functions and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in a growth-oriented environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the CEO to shape strategy while building a high-performing operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership, with a background in custom or configured-to-order product environments - machine building or engineered systems experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional operations including mechanical and controls engineering, machining, and supply chain
• Strong leadership and people development skills - able to build, develop, and align teams around clear goals and processes (will oversee a team of 40+)
• Proven ability to install structure, develop procedures, and drive operational improvement independently
• Confident, decisive, and results-oriented - able to take ownership and execute without waiting to be managed
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and follow-through are essential
