Job summary

Trueline Talent seeks a General Manager for a high-impact leadership role in Northeast Ohio. You will own day-to-day operations across production, quality, finance, HR, and workforce planning, guiding growth and capacity for a fast-scaling organization.

You will partner with ownership and senior leadership, shaping an operating structure capable of meeting aggressive demand while expanding production capacity and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in construction, heavy civil, precast concrete, or project-driven manufacturing.
• Experience leading a business/plant/division with broad scope beyond one department.
• Strong understanding of how manufactured products are used in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience overseeing production in a made-to-order or project-based environment.
• Experience operating within a sizable business, ideally >$100M annual revenue.
• Ability to lead through rapid growth and entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong business judgment managing people, processes, finances, quality, and commitments.
• Comfortable working closely with owners and executives in a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across production, quality, finance, HR, and workforce planning.
• Lead manufacturing operations to meet aggressive demand and growth targets.
• Build processes, accountability, and operating structure as the company scales.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership to share operational responsibilities.
• Collaborate across production, engineering, sales, and admin to align priorities.
• Oversee hiring and organizational development as the team expands.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve capacity, quality, and efficiency.
• Prepare the business for revenue growth and a larger operating footprint.
• Support integration of outside manufacturing partnerships as capabilities expand.
