Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new restaurant from opening forward, embedding culture, systems, and standards. This hands-on leadership role demands a strong hospitality mindset, P&L oversight, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team.

You will partner with culinary and senior leadership to ensure consistency between front-of-house and back-of-house, while driving community engagement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in a high-volume, polished full-service restaurant.
• Experience in seafood/raw bar/steakhouse/elevated dining preferred.
• New restaurant opening experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and elevated service.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong management team.
• Excellent understanding of labor, scheduling, COGS, inventory, purchasing, and P&L.
• Strong guest recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish systems and standards rather than inherit them.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly employees.
• Maintain service, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage scheduling and labor performance.
• Monitor sales, COGS, inventory, purchasing, comps, voids, cash controls, etc.
• Work with culinary leadership to maintain FOH/BOH consistency.
• Manage reservations, pacing, table turns, and overall flow.
• Lead management meetings, pre-shifts, training, and development.
• Maintain a strong management presence on the floor.
• Handle guest feedback and develop relationships with regular guests.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, facility standards, and readiness.
• Identify operational problems and create solutions.
• Develop managers and identify future leaders.
• Maintain a positive, professional, accountable workplace culture.
