BugMD seeks a General Manager to lead a flagship consumer brand in Santa Ana, CA, with full P&L responsibility across DTC, Marketplaces, and Retail. You will shape strategy, growth, margins, and operations while building a high-performing team.

This senior role requires 10–20+ years in CPG with proven leadership, and strong financial literacy. You will interact with investors and the Board, drive retail expansion, and position the brand for acquisition readiness.

Qualifications

• 10-20+ years in CPG leadership roles with full P&L ownership.
• Experience across DTC, Amazon, and Retail channels.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and EBITDA drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand P&L end to end with revenue and margin accountability.
• Lead strategic plan to scale the brand across Growth, Retail, Ops, Marketplace, and Finance.
• Drive omnichannel strategy for DTC, Marketplaces, and Retail; coordinate with Retail Sales and Growth.
• Develop a high-performance leadership team across Brand, Retail Sales, and Growth.
• Foster a results-driven culture and interface with investors and the Board.
