BugMD is seeking a General Manager to own the full P&L of a flagship brand. You will steer strategy and execution across DTC, Marketplaces, and Retail, driving revenue, margins, and growth. Lead a high-performance team and align operations, supply chain, and finance to scale over the next five years with acquirer appeal.

You will report to the CEO and Board, build a scalable organizational culture, and partner with investors on capital planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-20+ years in CPG with full P&L ownership.
• Experience leading DTC, Amazon, and Retail omnichannel.
• Experience growing Retail Sales channels from infancy.
• Experience fundraising, board meetings, and investor relations.
• Strong financial literacy: margins, working capital, S&OP, EBITDA.
• Commercial, data-driven leadership with accountability.
• Knowledge of advertising, product safety, and retail compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own the brand P&L end to end including revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow and growth.
• Lead the strategic plan to scale the brand across Growth, Retail, Operations, Marketplace and Finance.
• Drive strategy and performance across DTC, Marketplace and Retail channels.
• Develop a high-performance leadership team and install clear rhythms for accountability.
• Foster a results-driven culture with low ego and high ownership.
• Interface with investors, the Board and potential acquirers with transparent reporting.
• Build a business with strong acquirer appeal: growth, distribution, and velocity.
