Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in a leadership role in family, fast-food, or casual dining.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training; direct work and performance appraisals.
• Drive sales, hitting goals and restaurant profitability; ensure cost controls.
• Coach and mentor team; maintain high employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper cash handling, inventory and scheduling.
