Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall venue performance.
• Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that support growth and success.
• Stay informed on hospitality and industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the brand and guest experience.
