Job summary

Trade Coffee is hiring a General Manager to build and launch a new brand within the Trade umbrella. You will own the go-to-market strategy, oversee digital product development, and lead cross-functional execution to bring the business from launch through scale.

You will shape the GTM plan, drive profitability, and establish operating rhythms with ownership of P&L. This role blends hands-on startup grit with the backing of an established company, in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years building and scaling businesses, with direct experience taking a product or business line from launch through scale.
• P&L ownership with accountability for a business doing $25M+ annually.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, ideally in subscription or consumables.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market plan from strategy to execution.
• Oversee digital product development and customer experience.
• Coordinate across product, brand, marketing, and operations to launch and scale the business.
