Qualifications

• 7-10 years of increasing leadership responsibility within hospitality, resorts, restaurants, or complex multi-unit operations.
• Proficient business and financial skills with a track record of improving profitability, controlling costs, and driving revenue performance.
• Dynamic leader who can develop teams while fostering accountability and high performance across multiple operational areas.
• Strategic and results-oriented leader who can balance long-term planning with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, proven problem-solving, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled at managing labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with POS/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operation of a high-volume, multi-faceted hospitality destination across departments and revenue streams.
• Own overall financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
• Drive performance by establishing standards, improving processes, and boosting productivity and profitability.
• Build and lead strong management teams, focusing on recruiting, coaching, succession planning, accountability, and engagement.
• Translate business strategy into action with senior leadership and operations teams to achieve growth.
• Set the guest experience standard across a high-volume operation with consistent service and responsiveness.
• Maintain a strong safety and compliance culture, adhering to regulations and risk management.
• Use data to guide decisions, identify trends, and address performance gaps.
• Oversee workforce initiatives, including retention, seasonal staffing, and housing programs where applicable.
• Lead organizational and operational change, implementing new initiatives and maintaining continuity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
