U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our moving and storage centers in Scottsdale. You will be responsible for profitability, staffing, inventory control, and equipment management in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 1-3 years of retail management experience with P&L accountability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. U-Haul offers extensive benefits and training opportunities to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Organizational expertise and strong leadership abilities.
• Management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage one of our moving and storage centers to keep it profitable and efficient by hiring staff, tracking inventory, and managing equipment.
• Perform profit/loss analyses and drive center performance.
• Hire and mentor new team members and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and itemize inventory and manage the personnel budget.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality care and maintain a secure, well-maintained facility.
