Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group – Los Angeles is seeking a General Manager to direct and optimize operations across Rialto, CA, and surrounding facilities. The role develops strategies, policies, and programs to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, and support functions, set performance targets, and manage staff performance and budgets to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment (industrial).
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all Thompson Pipe Group – Los Angeles operations to maximize efficiency.
• Oversees manufacturing, production, distribution, maintenance, quality assurance and safety.
• Establishes policies and procedures to achieve revenue and cost goals.
• Develops metrics, analyzes productivity, and sets performance targets.
• Manages budgets and analyzes financial data to drive improvements.
• Leads cross-functional teams and develops staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
