Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.

• Healthcare/manufacturing/regulatory experience preferred.

As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a talented workforce, and play a key role in improving productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. What You’ll Do

• Support company‑wide improvement initiatives and strategic objectives

Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or plant management
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, or P&L responsibilities
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare manufacturing, medical devices, dental laboratories, or other highly regulated production environments
• Multi‑site or multi‑shift leadership experience
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience
