Job summary

TGG Accounting seeks a hands-on Dental Laboratory Manager in Glendale, CA to own the lab operations from intake to delivery. You will lead a small team, implement efficient workflows, and ensure high-quality outputs for our established client base.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication with doctors, and expertise in digital dental workflows, including iTero and 3Shape. Onsite position with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental laboratory experience.
• Strong understanding of dental laboratory operations from start to finish.
• Experience managing workflow, quality, scheduling, and production.
• Ability to communicate effectively with doctors and dental offices.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Strong knowledge of digital dental workflows.
• Experience with iTero and/or 3Shape systems.
• Ability to establish processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire laboratory operation from intake to production and final delivery.
• Lead a small team and implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate case design and production processes across departments.
• Maintain quality control and doctor communication throughout the cycle.
• Position to grow the laboratory operation and client base.
