The role requires driving process improvements, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering strong financial results while developing high-performing teams and aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Translate strategic plans into tactical objectives and execute them.
• Plan strategically and innovatively.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards.
• Working knowledge of ITAR procedures and regulations.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EH&S functions.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with company objectives while supporting growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory performance.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, and capital investment initiatives to support current and future business needs.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and quality management systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to support new product introduction and program execution.
• Analyze operational and financial performance metrics and communicate results to executive leadership.
• Establish KPIs related to quality, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, inventory management, and overall business performance.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Manage site budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational spending.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams with accountability and growth.
• Lead employee selection, performance management, succession planning, and training initiatives.
